My name is Dimitra and I come from Thessaloniki, Greece. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield, completed through City College. I speak three languages and I have a deep appreciation for continuous growth and learning, both academically and personally.

I am currently in my first year of Psychology studies at Neapolis University Pafos, with a particular interest in human behavior, self-awareness, and personal development.

At the same time, I have completed Master Level 3 in Reiki and Crystal Therapy. Crystal & Reiki represents for me a personal journey of exploration into crystals, energy awareness, and inner balance.

My involvement in this field began through personal study and continues as an ongoing path of learning and reflection. Through this website and blog, I share informational content, thoughts, and insights related to crystal traditions and Reiki practice, with respect for both the spiritual dimension and the scientific perspective of psychology.
